Ms. Yalla Swapna Naidu is a visionary educationist and young administrator with rich experience in academic leadership. She has served as Vice-Principal and successfully discharged the responsibilities of Principal at a Karnataka Government Sainik School under the Ministry of Defence. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in administration, budgeting, and strategic planning, and was the driving force behind academic initiatives, including the design and implementation of an NDA-integrated curriculum from Class 6 onwards. She has collaborated with senior bureaucrats in framing the cadre structure and recruitment rules for the newly established Government Sainik School in Karnataka. A certified CBSE Resource Person, Ms. Swapna is a Mentor of Future Leaders who chose education over civil services to dedicate herself to shaping future leaders—cultured, intellectual, physically fit, and emotionally balanced officers.

She holds an M.Tech and B.Ed in Mathematics & Physics, a Post-Graduate Diploma in School Leadership & Management, and a Master's in Anthropology. With this unique blend of academic expertise, she consistently brings interdisciplinary insights into the classroom. A tech-savvy professional, she is proficient in AI-based tools (including Chat GPT), MS Office, ERP systems, and digital learning platforms.
